Presidents Report  May 2023

Are you working on a PHD (Project Half Done)? How many UFOs (Unfinished Finished Objects do you have? It takes discipline to stay with a carving to its completion. Most of us have UFOs and others of us have more than we can count. Sometimes the "trip" is more important than the "destination".

It's fun to pull an old UFO out and finish it or modify it for a different look.

I have piles of patterns, pictures, etc. for more projects that will only be completed if I live to be two hundred years old, but by then, I would have projects to take another two hundred years. I think it's a trap!

'Tis Spring! For our May Show & Tell, bring carvings that relate to Spring. That could include flowers, birds, animals, bugs, girls in tiny outfits. OOPS, scratch that one.

Happy carving.  Don Stansfield
